WINTER REGIONAL WEEKEND

All registration fees for the regional education weekend are included in your regional assessment, but you
do still need to register for the event. This includes those coming just for Saturday.
1.
Registration DEADLINE is November 21, 2009. Registrations received
after the deadline will be assessed a $10.00 late fee. Late pre-registrations will be accepted up to January 10, with $10
late fee included. Members registering on-site will also pay $10 fee.
Registration fees for non-Sweet
Adeline attendees are as follows:
Over age 25 - $35
Age 25 and under - $30
Age 12 and under - $15
2. Please
submit an alphabetical list of attendees on the registration form included in this packet (last name first). This form should
be type-written or printed. Keep a copy for your records and forward the original to the regional registrar. YOU
DO NOT NEED TO SEND TWO COPIES TO PATTI, SINCE BADGES WILL NOT BE MAILED OUT!

Contact Patti if you need one. Choruses please use the official Registration form to submit your chorus attendees.
Quartets may register with an e-mail. For chorus event managers who prefer, registration forms can be
submitted by e-mail. If handled in this way, remember to mail checks for non-Sweet Adeline attendees in
time for it to be received by the deadline. If YOU E-MAIL YOUR FORM, YOU DO NOT NEED TO MAIL ONE TOO!
3. PLEASE refrain from signing up your entire chorus en masse.
An accurate attendance count is absolutely necessary in order to plan appropriately and efficiently with the hotel
and vendors.
4. All attendees must check in
at the registration desk to pick up badges. Please remind your members to arrive early enough to pick up
their badges. Badge holders will be available at no charge at the registration desk.
5.
Do not send housing forms to the registrar or send registration forms to the housing chair.
6.
The class schedule/description sign-up forms are available on the Region 1 web site. Please download
and copy the forms for your members to fill out. Return a completed form for your chorus with a “total count per class”

A completed class sign-up
form is necessary to assign classroom space based on attendance and to print the correct number of handouts. Keep one copy
of the sign-up sheet for your records. Please return the total count numbers by December 23.
